25 Year Guarantee on Seamless Gutter
All aluminium seamless gutter installations preformed by Roweaver Developments will receive a 25 year guarantee from the date of completed installation, which covers repairs for any such leaks as might be necessary as a sole and direct result of the inherent defect in the installation carried out. (This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from settling of the building or roof movement, snow load, structural defects or any other mechanical, chemical or external physical causes)
20 Year Guarantee on installed White UPVC Soffit & Fascia
Roweaver Developments offer a 20 year guarantee on the installation of White UPVC gutters and fascia's based on a full strip off of existing gutter and eaves, installing new timber backing board then covering with Free Foam fascia and soffit. If we are over cladding then Roweaver do not offer a guarantee but the standard manufactures product warranty will apply.
10 Year Guarantee on installed Non White UPVC soffit & Fascia
Roweaver Developments offer a 10 year guarantee on the installation of non-White UPVC Soffit & fascia's based on a full strip off of existing gutter and eaves, installing new timber backing board then covering with Free Foam Soffit & Fascia. If we are over cladding then Roweaver do not offer a guarantee but the standard manufactures product warranty will apply.
